Springsforth Events is a full service event planning & management firm in the Western region of Ghana, the company was created by pairing the passion for business and the need for enabling environment for growth through events management.

We bring a fresh, distinctive approach to event management industry. We are not party planners, we are strategic event management planners. We understand a properly executed event can be leveraged to support an organization’s strategic vision, incorporated into a company’s marketing plan or used to build networks and client loyalty.

    EMMANUEL OWODOO KWAANSAH

    Emmanuel is a very passionate goal getter with over 9 years of event production and management experience, having found his passion and enthusiasm for the industry very early days whiles working with Omni Media Ltd (Citi 97.3FM) an Accra based English radio station as a Sales and Marketing Executive and later with Strategic Communications Ltd, an advertising firm based in Accra; Event Management and promos, media buying and placement, PR and Project Management where He worked as the Clients Service and Credit Control Executive.

    At Strategic he Successful played the role as Media Planner & Coordinator, for the Launching and the Celebration “Akwanbo” Festival for the people of Agona Swedru in the Central Region, played the role as the Media Coordinator for Prof. Kwamena Ahwoi’s Book Launch on ‘Local Government and Decentralization’. « MORE / LESS »  Responsibly played the role as the Media Planner & Coordinator, Ministry Of Health(MOH) – Regenerative Health and Nutrition (RHNP); Training Workshop Organized for Community Based Radio stations in Ghana at Dodowa in March, 2010. H was the Media Coordinator for Dr. Michael Agyekum Addo (KAMA INDUSTRIES) on his Book Launch “7 Principles of Success and Wealth Creation”.  He travelled across the whole country as the sole monitor and evaluator of the products and services performance in the market for the Company’s clients.

    Emmanuel completed his first degree in BSc Natural Resources Management certificate from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST in 2007. He enrolled to acquire his master’s degree in Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration, CEMBA certificate with KNUST in 2014.

    He is currently the Immediate Past Senior Manager, Sales/Marketing and Operations of Sametro Company ltd, Scancom (MTN) Western regional Sales and Distribution business and has been involved with Sametro for over 5 years. At Sametro, Initiated and successfully achieved the restoration, rebranding, development and growing of Sametro business from a 2.5% share to 9% share in MTN Distributorship Business and increased revenue from a low 58% annual performance to a 120%Successfully moved the revenue growth from an annual high of Three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) in 2010 to Forty five million dollars ($ 45,000,000.00) in 2015. Expanded and increased the Company’s footprints from 3 outlets to 17 outlets within his tenure as a Manager. Increased and sustained Distribution trade partners (Sub dealers, Wholesalers, Retailers, VAS, RAS and LAS) from 838 to 3,868. Initiated and successfully transformed the Company’s Market Category C to B and B to A within his tenure.   

    Emmanuel is a Gold Partner and the recipient of the Max International LLC Rising Star recognition as the partner with the highest recruitment within a month in the Company’s 11 years reign in the world market in 2015.



    ADELINE AKWALEY ANNOH

    Administrative Associate

    Akweley holds Bsc. Economics and Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Catholic University College of Ghana and currently with Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) for her professionals.

    She was CIS Officer at Guaranty Trust Bank(2012-2013),moved on to Stanbic Bank Ghana, Tarkwa Branch (2014-2015) as Personal Solution Consultant for a year, and currently with Alpha Capital Savings and Loans as Acting Branch Operations Supervisor, thus 5 years’ experience in the banking industry. Akweley is a good team player and well versed in customer care.



    BEATRICE MPATI (MRS.)
    DBS MsPM, BA HRM

    HR Associate

    Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Human Resource Management, a diploma in management and a proficiency certificate in MS in Project Management. I also have a certificate on Health and Safety. She has two and a half year working experience in Administration/ Admin. Assistant at Intertek Minerals Ltd. Beatrice has an excellent communication skill, good knowledge in administration, filling of documents, good in petty cash disbursement and reports, knowledge in Pastel software, making appointment for meetings, booking of hotel accommodation and flight/ car rentals for guests, generating invoices for clients.



    BENJAMIN AMPA-KORSAH
    BSC MECH.

    Creative & Research Associate

    Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). He has nine (9) years’ experience in graphic design, and portrait art. A 2 year working experience as a marketing analyst, and 4 years’ experience as a sales engineer with Mantrac Ghana Limited. Courses offered includes; Caterpillar Customer Experience Training, Anti-Bribery and Corruption with TRACE International, Sales Funnel Management, Opportunity Management, Relationship Development and Communication Skills, Business Value Proposition, etc.

    Benjamin has competency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Salesforce.com Benjamin has built proficiency in the following areas over the years on the field of work; identifying new market opportunities, performing extensive market research, determining brand perceptions and reputations, evaluating market penetration, analyzing marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships, identifying positive financial outcomes to increase profitability, creating databases and capture market data, developing sales strategies in tandem with marketing and is familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies along with common computer programs.



    SANDRA AMA BONDZIE (MRS.)

    Sandra is a dynamic, self motivated and result-oriented youthful lady who likes to welcome any challenge on board and her passion to participating in organising events over the 6 years. Sandra is a graduate Engineer from University of Mines and Technology (UMaT). She has 2 years working experience in the mining industry with Goldfields Ghana ltd. Sandra has 2 year Banking experience with Alpha Capital savings and loans as bank teller and back office operations. She brings to the Team with proficient organisational skills and precision for details.

    MR. PETER EMERSON SAMPSON

    Peter Emerson Sampson is a retired Statutorily Certified Mine Manager of Record and Mining Engineer par excellence. Mr. Sampson holds a Master of Science degree in Mining Engineering (2003) from the KNUST School of Mines (now UMaT) and a Ghanaian Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency, a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) and also a Member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration, Inc. (SME), U. S. A. Other international membership includes: International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA); Association of Mining Analysts (AMA), UK; American Management & Business Administration Institute (AMBA), USA; American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE); and American Management Institute (AMI).

    Peter Emerson Sampson has a solid background in Mine Engineering, Operations and Management with over thirty (30+) years hands-on experience in Ghana and Nigeria. Until recently (April 2014), he was Operations Manager/Deputy General Manager of Perseus Mining Ghana Limited (PMGL) with responsibility and accountability for all mining and gold processing operations, including gold plant maintenance and mine projects. He was accountable for over US$170 million per annum operational expenditure inclusive of all contract mining costs.« MORE / LESS » 

    He is currently Executive Director/COO of Jescom Capital Ltd (JCL), a Ghanaian registered company specializing in Statutory Compliance Management Services including auditing, examinations, registration, training and inspections. Additionally, the company offers short-term relief roles for Statutory General Manager, Operations and Mine Manager positions in Ghana, and other West African countries. JCL also provides a variety of mining and exploration based consulting, planning and technical review services to mining and exploration companies.

    Mr. Sampson is also a CONSULTANT AND CERTIFIED TAKE CHARGE INSTRUCTOR and in collaboration with Employee Development Institute (EDI) - Mining Division, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, offers progressive, professional supervisory (‘TAKE CHARGE’) training, coaching and programs to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve safety in the mining, oil & gas, SMEs/BSPs and allied industries. “TAKE CHARGE" Supervisory Development Training System has been developed by mining professionals for the mining industry and is owned by EDI. Some of Elder Sampson’s growing clientele base include Perseus Mining Ghana Limited’s Edikan Gold mine in Ayanfuri and Ghana Supply Chain Development Program, USAID Ghana and Pyxera Global Ghana.

    Mr. Sampson is currently the National Vice President of ALUMaT, the alumni association of the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. He is an Elder of the Church of Pentecost and worships with the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC) at Tarkwa. He is married with three children.

    The prestigious West Africa Nobles’ Forum (WANF), in November 2016 nominated Mr. Sampson as an eminent West African who has distinguished himself both in his public and private life. He was subsequently conferred with the title of a Noble and admitted to full membership of the Forum at an impressively attended ceremony. The West Africa Nobles Forum (WANF) is a non-governmental, non-religious and non-profit-making organization headquartered in Accra, Ghana. It is a sub-regional think-tank fashioned after the Philosophical Society of America and is made up of statesmen, legal luminaries, politicians, research fellows, technocrats, medical giants, professionals and captains of industries.



    MRS. RUSHIE NYLANDER-DUFU

    Rushie Nylander - Dufu possesses over 17 years of Marketing, Branding, Client service management and Banking experience in the corporate industry. She completed her first degree in BA Social Sciences from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, KNUST in 1999. Mrs. Nylander-Dufu holds a Master in Business Administration from Henley Management College, UK She is currently the Clients Engagement Manager, Corporate Banking - ECOBANK Ghana Ltd and has over 10 years’ experience in Relationship Management Prior to her involvement in Relationship management, Mrs. Nylander-Dufu was the Brands and Marketing manager for Getrade Ghana Limited and was instrumental in the development of the company’s flagship product Village Fresh Alata Saminaa to compete on the international natural products market in the personal care and hygiene segment.

    Mrs. Nylander-Dufu is a highly practical and pragmatic lady who is down-to-earth. She is observant and highly focused on the tried and tested. She is therefore able to understand the needs of her clients and propose solutions which best suits whatever challenge faced. She is also a very thorough and highly organized person in her approach to planning, valuing clarity and closure with very strong work ethics, putting her duties and responsibilities above everything. These are all traits she brings to fore in her work. She is a member of the Calvary Baptist Church Adabraka Family and a Board member of the church’s credit union. She has been married for 17 years with three children.

    MR. CARLOS EMEKA JAY IJEOMA

    Carlos Jay is the General Manager at Insight (Grey) Advertising, Ghana. He brings on board a rich experience of Public Relations and Corporate Events Management having served at Head of Operations at Infocus PR between 2009 to 2013. He was the Coordinator of the Support Team of the African Green Revolution Forum, chaired by H.E. Kofi Annan in 2010; spearheaded the Samsung Week Celebrations in Ghana, Launch of the Norwegian Consulate in Ghana, Ground Breaking Event of the Fibre Optic Broadband Backbone stretching the Eastern Corridor of the country, among others.

    Carlos is an MSc. Environment Science student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the same University. He has taken short courses in Advertising at the Advertisers Association of Ghana to complement his practical experience he has gained over the years in the industry. Carlos believes in equal opportunities for all and has a passion for giving young people a chance to prove their abilities.
